Given the widespread introduction of paid parental leave policies across large NZ employers, now is a logical time for growing NZ companies to also think about adopting a policy. A paid parental leave policy should be considered from the perspective of attracting and retaining talent, supporting gender equity in the workplace, as well as the moral imperative.
