Starting a business is demanding; it entails taking risks and bulldozing through obstacles. Our approach is down to earth. We have a flexible, can-do culture and use practical, well-honed tools to get growth going: we don't hold with form-filling.

What we look for.

We invest in committed people who (check out our blog under "our criteria" for further deatils):

• Have a bright, fast growth idea with the potential to yield tens of millions of dollar annual revenues within five to seven years.
• Have an idea that is likely to be difficult to compete with for some reason once established, be it brand, IP, the underlying business model, exclusive distribution, or some other reason
• Know where the pain is in the market; can articulate a compelling sales proposition for their idea; and understand their competition.
• Can explain their business model in a way we can understand.
• Need seed capital in the range of $100k to $1m.
• Are willing to work as part of team and learn from others around them.
• Are prepared to put something at stake themselves.

We look for long term investments that have the potential to yield good dividend returns. We are not looking for investment opportunities where the return, or the dominant proportion of the return, can only be realised through a trade sale or listing.
